By accessing or using Juaji Blog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account & Authentication

To publish content or leave comments, you must authenticate through our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on Juaji Blog. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You agree not to publish content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malicious code, spam, or deceptive material
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups
  • Contains sexually explicit or gratuitously violent material

4. Content Moderation

All content submitted to the platform may be subject to automated and human moderation. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict content that violates these terms. Content flagged for review will be evaluated within 24 hours. If no moderation decision is made within this window, the content may be automatically rejected.

5. Content Limits

The following limits apply to content on the platform:

  • Post titles: maximum 200 characters
  • Post content: maximum 100,000 characters
  • Comments: maximum 5,000 characters
  • Comments may be edited within 15 minutes of posting

6. Intellectual Property

The Juaji Blog platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Juaji. The platform's source code and architecture are proprietary unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your published content may remain on the platform unless you request its removal.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
